Description: I am looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to fit and hang 4 internal doors following the installation of new carpet and floorboards. Scope of work: Measure, trim and fit 4 internal doors (1 is a sliding door) to suit existing door frames and new floor heights. Install door handles/latches and any required hardware. Not included: Painting or finishing of doors. Supply of doors. Additional assistance requested: Advice on suitable door types, sizes and materials to purchase before installation. Recommendations on any hardware required. Please include in your offer: Relevant experience fitting internal doors. Confirmation of any materials you would expect me to supply. Estimated time required to complete the job. Timing: Ideally to be completed around 25 July 2026, once flooring installation has been finished.

Door frames are metal so hinges can't be removed. Therefore pins in hinges will need to be "popped"

Supply and install new internal door and fix a fist size hole in a wall.

We will be purchasing 4 internal doors. We will provide doors and hardware but need both installed on primed doors. Metal door frames with welded hinges so need to work with existing hinges. In a 3rd floor apartment so planing etc will need to be done on the balcony or can provide underground garage space.

3 Internal doors need to be trimmed due to new carpet having being installed this week. Need tradesperson to measure how much to trim, trim door and hang again. Doors have been removed from hinges. Doors are located on first floor of 2 story townhouse. I can help to move doors. Outside area available to work on doors.

I have 4 internal doors that need replacing or repairing

Ordered a blank internal door form bunnings and will be delivered apparently on Sunday. Also got handle assembly and hinge screws. Hinges are still attached to door frame. The right person for the job will need tools to install handle assembly, possibly plane width of door in places im not sure. But heigjt should be fine. Also attach door to hinges correctly.

Looking for someone available 20/8 to lreplace internal door and mow backyard. Can discuss price in person to save fees

Remove old internal door, replace with new proved, fit and trim etc.. paint white... also small patch on wall and touch up.. job would suit handy man with tools.
