In need of a handyman to adjust 4 doors as they are not closing properly. The latches are not lining up with the door frame, preventing the doors from clicking shut. One door is also catching on the top of the frame and may need a small amount shaved off to allow it to open and close smoothly. Just updating, there are actually 4 doors that need alignment, not 3 as per initial post.

I need a new internal swinging door installed between our house and garage to replace the sliding door that is currently there. The door frame is 204 cm x 76 cm, so I think some extra framing wood will be necessary to attach a standard door. We don't have a door to install, so supplying the door and other materials will be required.

Im getting my house for sale and have a few niggly things that need a solution. * A few doors ( including a small bathroom bigold.) have soaked up moisture over time hand have expanded at the bottom slightly. * Some skirting needs doing but not extensive and i may even have the original pieces around. Some holes in the gyprock around the place ( only about 5) + some anoying srew holes here and there. I have filer and paint.
