Hi there, I’m looking for a reliable and experienced handyman or plasterer to help with the following work at my home in Brisbane: 🛠 Scope of Work: Plaster and smooth both sides of one internal wall (each side approx. 2.4m high x 2.8m wide) Sand surfaces to ensure a smooth paint-ready finish Install 2 cornices (2.8m each – top of the same wall, both sides) Paint both sides of the wall with 2 coats (paint can be provided if needed) 🎯 Must bring your own tools and equipment. Materials (plaster, cornices, paint) can be supplied by me or included in your quote – please specify. 💰 Fixed Budget: $800 (including labour and materials if possible)

I had a rangehood installed and this left gaps. I need a plasterer who can make this look seamless. It was suggested that maybe a thin cornice should go around the top of the rangehood as there is cornice on the wall currently, but open to ideas.

Paint the walls and ceiling cornice of a 2.6m X 3m small nursery bedroom. Will need at least two coats of paint. The existing colour is a dark blue grey and the colour of choice for the bedroom is white. There is a chance it may need a third coat. Paint is supplied and we do have rollers and paint brushes if needed. Walls have been already patched of any holes.
