Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to fix an internal door in my house. Issues: 1. The door does not latch properly due to a gap between the door and the frame/strike plate 2. Parts of the door are rubbing against the carpet when opening/closing I’m looking for someone who can: 1. Inspect and identify the cause 2. Adjust/re-align the door if needed 3. ix the latch alignment so the door closes properly 4. Plane/sand/adjust the bottom of the door if required to stop it rubbing on the carpet Needs to be done either on Wed, Thursday or Friday (13,14, 15 May). Neighbor will provide access as I am out of town.

3 x internal doors won’t close properly. They need to be realigned and/or shaved.

1. Bedroom door handle to be changed over to lockable door handle ( I currently have one brand new from Bunnings) 2. I have 1 internal sliding cavity door that gets stuck half way. 3. 1. Garage Door: The steel panel of the garage door has come out, and there is also a small dent visible on the garage door. 2. Internal Door: The internal door is making noise when opening and is dragging while closing.

I have 8 internal (inside) doors that’s are already hung and 1 laundry cabinet door that I haven’t put in the existing cavity yet. The doors do not line up with the old door lock holes in the door frame. I do not need a locksmith. They are internal doors and all you need is the knowledge to make the doors shut properly into the hole. I would like some help hanging the cavity. You may need to visit to really understand the job. The bathroom door needs a complete handle and it’s a solid door at the moment so you’ll need to drill a round hole. I do have some drill bits that make round holes.
