Hello, I need to replace some door handles and tighten a few door handles around the house. Should not take more than an hour to sort out. House is in Yeronga. Preferably would like it done asap but can wait for the right offer and experience.

Replace the entire bedroom door and paint it with Taubman Cotton Ball in gloss finish. Only the door and paint need to be replaced; the existing hardware can remain unchanged.

Need to replace existing doors with privacy locks. One for toilet and one for Bathroom. Dimension 76 x 202 cm 76 x 200 cm Dimension will need to be professionally measured just in case. 5 internal passage doors need levers and strikers etc replaced. Original levers, strikers etc have been removed already except of one door where levers is undone but parts not separating to come out? I have 5 new levers ready to be installed. Screw placements are slightly different to original so a little adjusting of screw holes required when fitting. This is a job for an experienced Chippie who knows what he is doing. It is not a difficult job but I prefer if you have good knowledge and experience of what is required and inner workings of door levers. Doors have recently been painted also so care is required. To remove old levers took me 1 hour (except for the 5th one). I am estimating approximately 2-2.5 hours to install new ones.
