A wall hole size 200mmx200mm

Need this hole patched / fixed in gyprock. Also need to be painted to match garage wall Paint on site with customer

Need to cut a 0.5sqm access hole in the ceiling to remove a dead rodent (location confirmed, I will provide disposal bag), then patch and sand the hole to a paint-ready finish.

Patch up gyprock wall I tried to start it but couldn’t finish. Just 2 walls

2 X Sliding door requires fly screen mesh to be removed and replaced with new one. 1 X Window mesh needs to be removed and replaced with new one. (Mesh is not supplied need to be supplied by tasker upon arrival) There is also a small minor gyprock wall damage in bedroom requires batching up looking new before upcoming home inspection. (Paint is not supplied)

We are turning our sunroom into a study. The roof does not have a cavity but has exposed beams so we want to put insulation in the gaps between the beams and then enclose the insulation to try and reduce the heat in the room - see photos. The room is 2.7m by 4.2m and we already have the insulation so need a person to supply the gyprock and other materials and create a ceiling so it it ready to paint.
