Painting interior of one level (walls and ceilings), including bathroom and kitchen. Also walls of stairwell for cohesive connection to upstairs. Painting of doors and door trims not required. Internal floor area roughly 95m2 for this level. One external walkway has just been added and the balustrade for that also needs painting.

Sanding of peeling lacquer and then applying timber decking oil to all balustrades and balusters around the front stairs (including in between the wire runners on each baluster). Decking oil and timber prep / cleaner provided (in photos).

Need rendering and cement work done on side wall. Approx 5m by 0.3m. Smothen the top and render. Please quote for 2 coats of render including any materials or tools cost. Plenty of access.

Construct and Install 2 wooden and colourbond awnings as in the picture over a window. The price is for labour only and is to exclude the cost of materials which will be separately reimbursed. Size of window is similar to the window in the image. Flashing to be included (materials reimbursed). The actual house in the image is white. The 2nd image is not the house but desired awning example.

Fix to dry wall the back of 4 temperature sensors, similar to picture shown. Also fix up a hole in the drywall from my botched attempt to do the same (see picture). Available up to the 24th December or after 31st December.

Punch nails, Sand and reseal small verandah (2.5sqm) along with painting the top of the balustrade (which is currently black) to white.

We need the entire perimeter of the house rendered between the existing render to the ground 30-40 cm thickness around side and back of property

I need a hole to be filled and the render repaired as I had a tap sealed and now have a hole where tap was

Patch and paint drywall damage - around 10cm x 10cm

One of the timber support arms fell off my bedroom window awning this morning. Need it fixed

I need someone who can install Internal and external stairs for my new build home and install balustrade

The awning needs to be stitched or glued at the bottom of the awning so the metal cylinder can be held in place

Help needed to replace handrail. Original was affected by moisture and has been removed. We have purchased primed rail ready for two mitre cuts and to nail back the preserved battons. I need labour to help paint hand rails, balustrades and stairs on my Queenslander house. Prep work required. Timber landing will need varnishing if we get that far. Front door and door frame require gloss. Must have prior painting experience but not looking for a trade professional to give me massive quotes. Will pay $30/hr to get started then agree a fixed price for further work. Starting tomorrow afternoon 1pm.

Staircase post for balustrade is loose and I need someone to repair it
