Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Ignore the budget. We have no idea what to expect, but this silly app makes you set a budget

Render has broken on doorstep

Rendering on outer walls has either broken off or become loose and needs to be fixed so that the painters can continue their painting. Some are small areas and others are slightly larger. The largest area is difficult to show with just a photo but I do have a small video to show where it is loose. The area is about a metre by 600mm in size.

I have the 4 bolts but it needs a plastic plug and a hammer drill. Once the housing is fixed I can attach the hose. My attempt failed.

Fill then Render wall underneath the tape as there is a hole.

Render around the sliding doors.

Fix render on bottom on 4 x patio pillars approx 30cm each side up to line and three sections of bottom of wall both approx 45cm each section

Render covered the hinge position so need it notched out to allow hinges to be refitted. Don’t want render damaged unnecessarily, so require a skilled, careful person. Want the hinges put back in the wall - brick wall with render on top.
