I need an epoxy flooring done for a warehouse, i dont want to employ or get a company to do it as they are expensive, i can retrieve all products needed to make the floor as i have contacts i just need the guy to do it. Area is 800-1000 square meters and i need it done asap.

I’m looking for an experienced painting team to complete a full interior repaint for a house we’re moving into. Needs to be done by Tuesday 13th April, as we move in on the Wednesday. Scope: - Full interior repaint – walls, ceilings, trims, doors, and skirting boards - All one colour: Dulux Natural White, with appropriate finishes. Expected 2 full coats • Flat ceilings • Low sheen walls • Semi-gloss trims/doors + Wash & Wear + mould resistance paint for laundry and bathrooms • 2-storey home with standard ceiling heights. Stairwell has large void • Mostly flat walls • Property will be completely empty Include coming back for minor touch-ups after move-in. The home is in generally fair condition but will require standard prep (filling, sanding, patching, caulking). There will also be some freshly gyprocked areas, so these will need to be properly sealed/undercoated before painting. I’ve attached the floor plan for reference. Looking for a clean, professional finish.

The wooden beam along the roofline of the front of our house has damage from hail storm. It needs to be sanded, primed and repainted. I have tried to indicate in the photos below the are that needs painting. It is just the trim right under roof line and only in front of house. We want to use high-quality solar guard paint.

Current skirtings are gloss beige, I’d like them all white or Grey - TBC. Current window frames are also beige and I would like these white or grey too. 10 doors 1 sliding door frames 13 windows various Skirtings through out a standard 4 bed, 2 living room house.

It is a Tudor house. Outside of upper story is made of cement boards secured by timber planks coloured black and white. I want these areas painted with two coats.

Painting a roof gutter of one side of the house and painting and a section of weatherboard wall on the side of the house. Paint will be provided. Materials and equipment is not included.

Our painter has had an injury and is unable to finish painting the external of our house. It has been prepped, taped, and 50% of the first coat has been applied. We have the paint also. We would love someone to come finish the job. Hopefully asap as we are currently living with taped up windows and doors etc.
