A small part of the rendering in the pillar in front of the house is cracked and broken. Need to get that fixed and painted.

The wall will need to be patched with gyprock, plaster joins and then wall painted. I need wall to look like it was never repaired. The repair will be about 400mm x 1000mm going from door to back of wall. Wall to be painted about 1500mm x 2000mm I am installing a small sink.

Minor cracks in the exterior wall shown in the attached picture need to be repaired and repainted. The quoted cost should include all materials and paint. A ladder will be required, as a couple of the cracks are at a higher level.
