Both locations currently have existing ceiling lights, which need to be removed and replaced with ceiling fans with lights. Work required: Remove the existing ceiling light fittings. Install 2 ceiling fans with lights in their place. Check the existing ceiling structure/joists and confirm that the ceiling is structurally sound and suitable for supporting the ceiling fans before installation. Install appropriate mounting/support brackets as required. Connect the fans to the existing electrical wiring. Install/control the fan and light switches as appropriate. Test both fans and lights after installation. Clean up the work area after completion. Important: Please do not proceed with mounting the fans if the existing ceiling structure is not suitable. I would like the electrician to inspect the ceiling and advise if any additional structural support is required. Requirements: Must be a licensed NSW electrician.
