Hi, I’m looking for a quote to repair or replace the Villaboards/fibre‑cement boards on my alfresco ceiling in The Ponds. One of the boards is cracked, sagging, and another board has come out of alignment and some of the nails have dropped down. There is no water damage — it appears to be an installation or fixing issue. I’m hoping to have the damaged sheets removed and reinstalled with the correct FC screws and proper support. The house was built in 2011/2012. Could you please advise availability for an inspection and provide an estimate? Thank you.

I need some help from a previous incomplete job. Plumber had to remove 3 x wall tiles (300 x 600mm) to fix plumbing. I need someone to put the villa board there, put the wall tiles on top and seal it up. Total width: 102cm Height: 32cm I already have the tiles which might require cutting. Happy to pay for villa board or can buy. 2nd job is to install a D-bar (half circle) to stop some water flowing outside the shower area. Already have the bar which needs to be added on the floor using silicone. 3rd job is to install 2 x towel rails and a shower caddy. All pictures attached. Feel free to ask any questions.
