Drill bike lock into brick - need special drill

INSTALL ROTARY CLOTHESLINE. I HAVE POST MIX CEMENT TO STABILISE IT

I’m looking for someone handy with the right tools to help with two small jobs at my home in Honor Oak Park, London: 1. Install outdoor clothes line * New clothes line needs to be securely mounted outside. * It will need to be drilled into either a brick wall or wooden fence (depending on the best option). * Installer will need to assess the most suitable fixing method and provide appropriate fixings if possible. 2. Install kitchen shelving unit * Wall-mounted shelving unit to be fixed securely in the kitchen. * Will require drilling into the wall and ensuring it is level and safely installed. Requirements * Experience with wall mounting and drilling. * Must bring own tools (drill, level, fixings etc.). * Please let me know if you need photos before providing a quote. Block which is mounted to brick wall which holds the clothesline up has started to come away from the wall. Would need someone who can remount. Will need their own drill + ladder. Side gate access available. Block is currently at least 2.3-2.5m high off the ground.

Present pole was temporarily removed and can longer be inserted into the hole. Task is either to get it into hole or to install a new one which we have purchased

old very tall concreted in washing pole removal. its about 30ft high. cemented into ground and at bottom it has a 3 metal bracket around it and bolt. likely has some weight and needs to come down without damage to house and garden etc. either needs a ladder and go up and cut down bit by bit. or somehow cut from bottom. maybe losen the bolts and pivot after the cut and some how manage the weight etc
