Drill bike lock into brick - need special drill

INSTALL ROTARY CLOTHESLINE. I HAVE POST MIX CEMENT TO STABILISE IT

I’m looking for someone handy with the right tools to help with two small jobs at my home in Honor Oak Park, London: 1. Install outdoor clothes line * New clothes line needs to be securely mounted outside. * It will need to be drilled into either a brick wall or wooden fence (depending on the best option). * Installer will need to assess the most suitable fixing method and provide appropriate fixings if possible. 2. Install kitchen shelving unit * Wall-mounted shelving unit to be fixed securely in the kitchen. * Will require drilling into the wall and ensuring it is level and safely installed. Requirements * Experience with wall mounting and drilling. * Must bring own tools (drill, level, fixings etc.). * Please let me know if you need photos before providing a quote. 2 lamps need unboxing, tv need unboxing, few more things need putting into few boxes & taken upstairs Shed needs clearing out and then dust pan Telephone need coming to small office room dier line tower to put up,, maybe might just take back/return Iron broad from shed into broom cupbroad few clothes thrown from second bedroom, in bin and spiral stair case needs paint to be sanded in small parts and painted,, only once the garden task are over. ,. you must have painted before or at least a six times and comfortable ,. or good at art and have some arm strength,.Cloth on floor we are talking a four hours work

Block which is mounted to brick wall which holds the clothesline up has started to come away from the wall. Would need someone who can remount. Will need their own drill + ladder. Side gate access available. Block is currently at least 2.3-2.5m high off the ground.

Install wall mounted clothes line. Fit pulley and cleat securely to brick wall. All materials provided. Own drill required.

Present pole was temporarily removed and can longer be inserted into the hole. Task is either to get it into hole or to install a new one which we have purchased

Re-grout around edge of bath (2 sides) and round basin. Fix broken clothesline. Clean greasetrap. Fix 2 doors (one hard to open to outside, 1 indoor doesn't snib closed). Toilet doesn't flush very well, though no obvious problem.

To supply and install clothes line post and put line up. - Due date: Flexible

Old metal clothes line poles have rotted and broke. Need replaceent including new line. Weekends would be better if possibe. Existing pole is approx 2480mm high and 45mm diameter mild steel pole which is rusted and set in concrete. So needs to be replaced and area making good if required - Due date: Flexible
