Our loft ladder wasn’t latching securely and fell down. One of the fixing plates has come loose from the hatch and the ladder needs to be repaired, reattached or replaced.

Fit a loft ladder in the loft hatch thats easy for 1 person to use. board the main area, to stand on, add storage shelves, leave exposed bricks either side. Also would like to know cost to fit 2 lights up there. And 2 electric plug sockets. There is no supply up there atm.

Hi there, I have loft ladder has come off; unsure if it can be mended or if it would require to be replaced. Of course, if it can be mended then it would be perfect for us. A low cost and environment friendly (reducing waste) is a preferred option.
