Find professional door handle fitting & repair in London

I’ve got an internal door where the handle won’t stay on anymore. The wood around the fixing points is basically gone, so the screws don’t grip at all. I even tried heavy-duty glue, but that failed pretty quickly. I’m looking for a permanent, long-term solution — whether that’s a batten, internal reinforcement, or something more solid that actually works on a hollow door. Open to suggestions, but mainly looking for someone who can fix it properly so I don’t have to deal with it again.

Good afternoon, I hope you are well. I wanted to check if you would be able to fix the door handle to our terrace, in east London (E33GX). It is an idealcombi handle and essentially it feels quite wobbly, as if it’s not attached very strongly anymore, and I’m worried it ma fall off at some point. Attached is an video of the handle, and I can share a video too if that would be useful. I’m unsure if the handle needs replacing, and suspect it might be more likely that the frame it is attached to needs fixing/replacing instead. I did ask the manufacturer too (Idealcombi) after sending them the attached video and they mentioned the below: "It does look like you will potentially need just glazing bead and a new locking mechanism, but it may not need a new handle." Would you be able to let me know if this is something you are able to do? And if so, what would be the price for this repair? Kind regards, Guy Bennett-Odlum

Every time I twist the door handle down to open the door, it gets stuck and make a loud clanging noise. I have bought a replacement latch and just need it changed

Internal kitchen door handle has come off its hinge

Bathroom door handle is loose and am unable to remove one of the covers to try and repair/re-screw. Images attached shows how loose the handle is with cover unscrewed on one side and am not able to remove the cover on the other side

Hi there. I need a repair of my bathroom door handle. The handle itself is very loose. Someone looked at it and advised the spring would be weak. Before it was taken apart it would still lock despite the loose handle but now it doesnt lock anymore at all... So as far as I am aware the spring needs to be replaced and something with the bolt as it would be cheaper than replacing the entire door handle. I really don´t know anything about this I am afraid but happy to help answer any questions as good as I can. I hope someone can help me get this fixed soon. Material cost would be paid extra

Tilt and turn balcony door handle was loose. Gone to use today and handle as fallen off door and smashed open. Mechanisms inside broke and door now stuck ajar. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 26 March 2023
