Something is wrong with my sliding door. Once opened it’s almost impossible to close again. My partner thinks it might be the seal but that’s just a guess.

I have managed to find the exact same roller for the wooden slide door online. I only need to replace it with the new roller because the old ones are damaged and to completely remove the old rusty tracking from the ground/ floor and have a new one installed/ placed for the slide door. I can't seem to find the exact floor track.

Good Evening, I have attached the images of the 2 doors, that need repair below, 1) First 2 photos - Door 1 - The door is overlapping with the adjacent door and hence due to the "overlap" it is unable to shut. 2) Third Photo - Door 2 - The door has been removed and the device on top to screw the door in place is "missing".
