I need a small loft clearance before future raised loft boarding. Items to remove: old loose sink/basin; loose timber battens/boards/panels; old antenna; loose boards/panels; small loose debris around accessible area. The loft has newly installed insulation and solar equipment, including inverter, isolators and cables. Person must be careful and must not step on insulation or between joists. Please use crawl boards/loft boards only and avoid touching the solar equipment, cables, vents, warning signs or insulation certificate. Do not cut, remove, disturb or lean on any fixed roof timbers, rafters, joists, battens, solar supports, cables or insulation. The tiles and insulation roll are to remain as they will be used for something else. Access is via loft hatch with ladder. Photos attached. I am looking for this to be done during the week commencing Monday 24 August 2026. Exact day/time to be agreed once front access is clear following driveway works.
