I have an AEG/Electrolux fan oven (model PNC: 944 181 198). Recently the circuit breaker tripped on the fuse box and since then the oven has not been heating up at all, although the fan continues to run. The grill functions normally. The interior light is also not working (failed quite a long time ago). I would like someone to repair the oven and make the light work again please. Budget indicated excludes any required replacement parts and VAT (if applicable). Ideally the tasker would bring suitable parts that they consider are likely to be needed based on their assessment of the most likely cause of the issues (e.g. replacement heating element, light bulb).

It worked perfectly until October, but now it drops to a trickle immediately after the first person has showered. The temperature remains stable, meaning the cold water storage tank in the loft is running dry due to a slow refill rate. I need a qualified plumber to carry out the following maintenance: Isolate the pump, disconnect the flexible hoses, and clean out the accumulated installation debris from the internal mesh filters. Inspect the ball valve inside the loft's cold water storage tank and clean or replace it with a high-flow equilibrium valve to handle the high water demand. Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to remove the old timber skirting boards from a single 4m x 3m bedroom in Surbiton. This needs to be completed either this Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday morning at the latest. There are active central heating pipes running directly above the skirting boards. You must be able to score the top caulk line and carefully pry the boards horizontally away from the wall. Absolutely NO vertical prying or upwards leverage can be used against the copper pipes. You must bring your own tools (utility knife, pry bars, hammer/mallet) to handle this safely
