Find professional underfloor heating installation in East London

I have an issue with my Bosch SMS65E28GB_SI dishwasher. It is still working but it is not heating up the water. I have two electrical jobs that need doing at my home in Stepney Green: (1) the heating element in my Smeg SE280X oven has stopped working – the fan is OK, but no heat coming out (other than from the grill setting) – so I'm looking for someone to supply and fit a replacement element, (2) one of the lighting circuits has tripped and the flick-switch on the consumer unit cannot be re-set (if just flicks back off) so I'm looking for someone to identify the cause of the problem and hopefully resolve it. The temperature on the thermostat is not rising much (18/19) and the rooms are not warming up either. However the heating in the bathroom seems to be working. When we turn on the heating, the radiators do not heat up, however we have hot water in the house.
