Tania was punctual and it was very easy to arrange the details of the task with her. However, when it came to deep cleaning the balcony and the swing itself she did a very poor job and even after I pointed out things to further clean I still didnt get what I was expecting. It felt like she just wanted to get it over with and there was not much attention to detail.
