Whilst we sort through the contents, we need two people to partially empty them and move some of the boxes and furniture from one unit to another. We expect it to take between 2-3 hours.

Take both an IKEA 4x4 Kallax storage unit and an IKEA Hemnes dresser from the first floor of a house in Upton Park E6 to a first floor of a house in Kidbrooke SE3, also take an IKEA 2x4 Kallax storage unit at the same time. You will probably need to disassemble the Hemnes dresser and you may need to disassemble the 4x4 Kallax. If you disassemble either then you must reassemble them completely at the other end. Hemnes dresser is 1.6m x 0.5m x 1m, starts up one flight of ~15 stairs in E6, ends up on the first floor (up a total of ~20 stairs) in SE3. I believe this weighs 60 kg, I expect you to need to disassemble and reassemble this. 4x4 Kallax is 1.5m x 0.4m x 1.5m, starts up one flight of ~15 stairs in E6, ends up on the ground floor (but up 6 stairs) in SE3. I believe this weighs 37 kg, I expect you to need to disassemble and reassemble this, but if you can transport it whole then even better still. 2x4 Kallax is 0.8m x 0.4m x 1.5m, starts on the ground floor in E6, ends up on the first floor (up a total of ~20 stairs) in SE3. I believe this weighs 21 kg, I expect you to be able to transport it whole. I expect this job to need two people. I am not sure how big a van it will need. The move will involve going through the Blackwall or Silvertown tunnels, at your expense. I will arrange a parking pass for E6, you should be able to park within 10m of the front door of the house. No parking pass is needed for SE3, you should be able to park within 15-20m of the front door of the house.
