Pick up and drop off spin bikes from/to storage facility to nearby park, twice a day, 5 days per week

We have a cross trainer that needs to be dismantled and transported from Greenwich, London to Awbridge in Hampshire and then re-assembled at the second property. The cross trainer is a Taurus X10.5 Pro SMART and weighs about 130kg. It will need to be dismantled as we are in a third floor apartment and it won't fit into the lift as it is. It will then need to be re-assembled on the first floor of our new property in Hampshire. This is likely to be a two person job for one day, including travelling. The date is flexible.

I need my foldable treadmill (which weighs 130 kg) removed from my 2nd floor apartment, and then transported to a ground floor garage which is 3.5 miles away from my current location. This would require 2 people, preferably skilled in heavy lifting.

I am thinking of buying gym equipment and this will be delivered to the kerb on pallets, therefore I am looking ahead and would need to have someone transport the equipment to my apartment on the 3rd floor via the lift if possible, and help assemble them. This will also involve moving my current gym rubber tiling and cutting them to size to fit under the equipment. I have put an approximate date for this, but it will be dependent on when the gym equipment is delivered.
