I have a very old heating system but it still works and for now I want someone to check my two radiators, one of which comes on but never more than warm, the other not at all. I'm in EC2A (opposite Maldron hotel). 3rd floor, no lift. Close to congestion charge zone but not in it.

We are experiencing loss of heating in our flat. Our heating is supplied by a communal boiler that supplies hot water and heating. The hot water is working (and other residents have access to heating) so the loss of heating seems to be related to our HIU unit in our flat and what seems to be loss of pressure. Hive is set to off and not sending a signal to the boiler, however boiler central heating is still on, only way to turn it off is from boiler at the moment

Need to cover and protect the double heat pipes for around 5-6 meters

This has been an issue since we moved into the house. We’ve just never got round to fixing it. Heating system working fine otherwise. Just want the zones to align.
