I have a very old heating system but it still works and for now I want someone to check my two radiators, one of which comes on but never more than warm, the other not at all. I'm in EC2A (opposite Maldron hotel). 3rd floor, no lift. Close to congestion charge zone but not in it.

2 of 4 circuits not heating and return manifold is cold

I would like a quotation for flushing and cleaning the central-heating system at my home in Grantham. The property has a gas boiler and 16 radiators. The system is approximately 5 years old, and all radiators are currently heating normally. I am looking for advice on whether a chemical flush or a full power flush is appropriate, together with the cost of each option.

Hive is set to off and not sending a signal to the boiler, however boiler central heating is still on, only way to turn it off is from boiler at the moment

I am looking for a Panasonic heat-pump/air-source heat-pump engineer to reset and diagnose the fault with my heating system. The system is a Panasonic heating system with a UK Cylinders Elite hot-water cylinder. The Panasonic controller is currently displaying: 'H20 – Pump error'. The hot water is working normally, but the central/space heating is currently not working. Separate service - The system is also due a service, but this can be arranged for a separate date. The priority for this visit is to diagnose and resolve the current H20 pump error/heating failure.

This has been an issue since we moved into the house. We’ve just never got round to fixing it. Heating system working fine otherwise. Just want the zones to align.

I am requesting a quote to do flushing of the central heating system and addition of Inhibitor, for a 10 year old new-build home in Banbury, OX16 9GQ with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms . It is approximately approximately 190 sq meters on 2 floors, 16 rooms overall with a large central stair well. It has a gas central heating system with wall attached single panel radiators in all rooms.

Centre heating is leaking

I recently picked up a possible AC unit that has slight problems. It produces cold air at a good speed, however no hot air is coming out the exhaust hose at the back. This is causing it to overheat and create a lot of noise.

The valves are quite worn out. Can you please help me clean it and tighten it up? Please feel free to text me with other optional solutions for it. It should have been leaking a bit and looks quite rusting now. Thanks
