Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in West Midlands

I need a suitable timber support installed above the ceiling for a new ceiling fan light. The manufacturer says the mounting point must withstand up to 60kg of force when the fan is running, so it cannot be supported by plasterboard fixings alone. Please only reply if you have the correct carpentry experience. The fan is currently fitted temporarily for use as a light only. Could you open the ceiling as needed and install suitable structural timber securely between the existing joists, positioned so the fan bracket can be fixed directly into it? We can disconnect and reconnect the unit using its existing clip connections. I understand the ceiling may then need repairing by a plasterer.
