Kitchen sink tap changing/replacement

I’m looking for a plumber to repair/redo the waste pipework for my kitchen sink, both underneath the sink and the pipework immediately outside the property. There is currently a slight leak from the plumbing under the sink, and we also regularly notice an unpleasant drain/sewage-type smell coming from the sink area. The external waste pipework also doesn’t look particularly well fitted, with one of the joints having previously been taped/sealed, so I’d ideally like someone to inspect the whole setup and replace/reconfigure the pipework properly rather than simply patching the existing problem. I’ve attached photos showing the pipework underneath the sink and outside.

Under my sink leaks every now and then because the pvc pipes are loose and heavy. I would like the pvc pipes replaced.

The kitchen sink needs unblocking. I think there is a blockage in the pipe under the sink. The water is draining very very slowly.

The seal between the plug and sink has come away causing a leak.
