I need someone to replace my kitchen sink waste. I have already bought a replacement, but I'm not sure it's the correct type because it has an overflow connection, and my sink does not have an overflow. If it's unsuitable, I'd appreciate advice or for the correct waste to be supplied (I'm happy to reimburse the cost). The old sink waste has come loose and needs replacing. I also need the kitchen sink drain checked and unblocked, as the sink fills up with water whenever the washing machine drains and also drains slowly when using the tap, suggesting a blockage. Please bring the tools and equipment needed to complete the job.

I think the u bend is blocked and will need removing and cleared. I have tried baking soda and white vinegar followed by a stronger sink cleaner, and whilst it is better it is still not draining.

I need powerful ‘vacuum’ cleaning - unblocking of the under-sink kitchen pipe. The sink is connected to the pipe system together with the washing machine and dishwasher, so the main pipe get blocked with small hair and minor trash. Before, it was cleaned just using the powerful vacuum machine to soak up the trash from the system, like 15 min job, and it gave good results. I also might need the same to be done for the bath pipe with the visit if the pricing for two soaking together would not be of too big difference from one soaking.
