Build upright from floor. • Flooring: Precision cut 40mm mats; bolt rack feet directly to concrete subfloor. • Cabling: Route Ares 2.0 (30+ pulleys). Ensure zero cable twists and smooth tracking. • Torque: Frame bolts must be torqued to 75–100 ft-lbs (Torque wrench mandatory). 3. Wall Mounting (Masonry/Breeze Block) • 8-Bar Gun Rack & Wall Control Panels: Install into brick/breeze block. • Note: Use specialist fixings (e.g., Fischer DuoPower) for breeze block sections. 4. Additional Assembly • Bench/Stand: BlackWing Bench (Wide Pads) & REP Dumbbell Stand. • Bars/Attachments: Safety Squat Bar (handles), Open Trap Bar, Landmine, & 6 pairs of Weight Horns. 5. Suggested Contractor Tools • SDS Hammer Drill + masonry bits. • 2x Sets of 24mm & 36mm wrenches/sockets. • Torque Wrench & Magnetic Level. • Utility knife for 40mm rubber. 6. Other • 2-Person Team + Van Required.
