I need help to mount rods for my curtains, please.

Looking for an experienced curtain/blind installer or skilled handyman to install curtains in two rooms: one living room and one bedroom. The bedroom is the priority as I would like to achieve as close to a fully blackout result as possible, whilst still remaining a cosy look & feel. I am looking for someone who can advise on the best installation approach as well as complete the installation. This may involve ceiling-mounted tracks, wall-mounted tracks, double tracks and/or a combination of blackout curtains and sheer curtains. You must bring your own drill, suitable tools and a small step ladder. The windows are not very high. The curtains are white, so they must be handled carefully and kept clean while being put up. My total budget is £50. I would prefer someone fairly local, as the budget is fixed and cannot be increased to cover long-distance travel.
