Some areas may have uneven surfaces and minor damage that need proper prep (not just a quick cover-up). There is a bedroom and living room with no wallpaper but walls still need to be smoothed and perfected before painting. The corridor is half stripped from wallpaper but not completely same with toilet there’s still little bits of wall paper but toilet needs proper prepping and a small bathroom which needs to be filled and sanded
