I hired someone to sand, prep and paint my skirting, door trims, doors and banisters and I'm vey unhappy with the poor work. I need a professional with the appropriate sanding tools and machines and decorating equipment, to refine or touch this all up. I have bought paints, primer and gloss. In addition wallpaper needs orofessional removing and then hanging in cloackroom and living room and staircase and upstairs landing. Becaus most of the work is done for painting i just need someone to make it look better and refined. The wallpapering hasnt been started. I want someone attentive to detail so if there are cracks fill them.in, make surafces not rough and rounded, make doors close properly if paint stickes to it and most importantly, somene who does not make lots of mess without covering surfaces flooring as this person has ruined my carpet and lino already.

We need 2x rooms wallpapered. Paste the wall wallpaper; paper over existing paper. We will provide the wallpaper, and can also provide any of your own preferred materials. We also need one fireplace surround painted if you do paint as well. Rooms for wallpapering are 5m x 4m and 3.8m x 3m but both have at least one wall entirely covered by built-in cupboards so those walls don't need papering. Photos attached. We are somewhat flexible on date. Could be 12th, 13th or 14th August.
