Wall colours still to be decided but we are thinking high-quality paint, likely satin finish. White on ceilings. Wallpaper to be removed is flock, on both walls and ceilings. Walls are in good condition, fitted cupboards and shelves to be worked around. We would like the work to be done in early June if possible.

There are also two small wall light fixtures that would need to be removed before installation (I can provide photos if needed).
