2 Person Barrel Sauna 120cm x 120cm x 194cm

I've got my sauna heater off the wall and managed to unscrew one of the elements from underneath, but due to the machine not being used in a while the threads to the screws are breaking when I'm trying to unscrew them. I just need assistance getting these screws out from a tricky bit of electrical equipment.
