The work required includes: * Levelling and stabilising the sauna unit * Fitting and securing roofing felt/tarp * Tidying and finishing roof edges where minor adjustments are needed The sauna is already fully built on site; this is a remedial and finishing job rather than a full installation. We are looking for an experienced installation team to dismantle and pack and replace a premium outdoor sauna at a residential property in Essex. Scope of Works Carefully dismantle and remove an existing outdoor sauna. Prepare the existing base for the replacement unit. Install a new outdoor sauna in the same location. Reassemble all supplied components in accordance with manufacturer drawings. Ensure the sauna is level, square, and fully assembled to a premium standard. The replacement sauna is the same model and size as the existing unit shown in the attached photographs. Requirements Previous experience installing premium outdoor saunas, garden rooms, timber structures, or similar high-end outdoor buildings. Good carpentry and installation skills. Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions. Own tools and transport. Minimum of two installers required due to the size and weight of the components.
