Hi, I'm looking for someone to build a small outdoor sauna setup in my backyard in the Bouldin neighborhood (Austin TX). Two parts to the job: 1. Build a 6' x 6' slatted wood platform: excavate and compact a gravel base, set 9 concrete deck blocks, frame with 2x8 pressure treated joists at 12" on center, and deck with 5/4 x 6 western red cedar. The sauna weighs about 990 lbs so the framing needs to be solid. 2. Assemble the sauna and heater on the platform: the SaunaLife CL3G is a kit sauna (stave construction, comes on a pallet with instructions, about 30 to 45 min assembly per the manufacturer). The heater is a HUUM DROP 4.5kW that mounts inside. I need both assembled and placed with the glass front facing east. I have full blueprint drawings with a framing plan and cut list that I can send over. I will hire a licensed electrician separately for the 240V/30A circuit and the 120V lighting circuit. Note: there is a protected live oak in the yard. The platform clears the root zone but the builder should be comfortable working near it. I need someone to assemble a 2-3 person indoor sauna which is being delivered to my basement

I need to move the sauna from one deck to another. My idea was that I was gonna build a makeshift deck coming off that deck, and then rent a lift from Home Depot, Then pick it up with the lift and move it across the makeshift deck to the new deck. Obviously, this is making me nervous. My biggest concern is it twisting and cracking or breaking the glass side - this sauna was expensive. There is also an option to disassemble and assemble, but was hoping to avoid that and finding a more creative and safe way to move it. It may require a crew.

Need to have a sauna wired in to circuit breaker box. it is a 240 voltage sauna, the house has an attic and is all drywall. The wiring for the sauna is already purchased and whatever else materails needed , such as the breaker, plug in and such will be purchased when told what to get.
