I have a leak in my conservatory that appeared during heavy rain. It seems to be coming from the junction between the conservatory roof and the gutter/roof edge. This same area leaked around 3 years ago and was repaired by a roofing company. Their work included replacing the conservatory valley, installing a torch-on felt system, underlay, and cleaning/unblocking the gutters. The leak has now returned. The gutters are cleaned regularly, last cleaned around 6–7 months ago, so I do not just want a basic gutter clean or silicone patch. I need someone experienced with conservatory roofs / flat roofing / valleys / flashing / gutter junctions to inspect properly and identify the cause.
