We have a single downpipe where the gutter is pouring over the top from the first floor and splashing down the side of the house - the drain at the bottom is a concealed subterranean type so not sure if its the gutter seal at the top, the down pipe or the drain. The plastic gutter at the rear of our property has come out of the fixing and is leaking. I tried to fix it from a top floor window, but it is still leaking. Looking for someone who can go up and fix it back in the fixing properly. Need your own ladder. No side access, so long ladder would need to go over the flat roof of single storey extension which is walkable.
