We need tile vents installed in the roof, at the top of our loft to improve ventilation. We also need to replace all the insulation material, have the whole loft area boarded (currently some boarding there), and re-route the ventilation tube from the bathroom fan to push air outside and not into the loft space. I'm looking for some external insulation and some uPVC cladding (grey colour) to be supplied and installed to the front of my house. There are areas of render that will need patching up. The area that needs covering is approximately 16.7m². The areas to cover are the bays on the box room, front bedroom and apex at the top.

I have ordered a 10 x7 shed flat pack which needs to be assembled. It will need to be lined as I am hoping to putmy son's Chinchillas in it. It would be great to put some electricity in it too
