While removing the thermostat housing on my 1985 VW T25/T3 1.9 WBX, both mounting bolts snapped off and are now stuck in the engine. I am looking for someone with proven experience removing broken bolts/studs from VW waterboxer engines. Please only get in touch if you have successfully completed this type of repair before. The job is to extract the two broken bolts without damaging the surrounding housing or threads. Photos of the broken bolts are attached and the issue can be clearly seen in the pictures. It shuts off after 30 mins then demands to be emptied. I empty the tank, start it again then it does it again. I've cleaned the filter, the insides etc. It worked for 4 hours after that but now back to 30 mins then empty. Ok so after a lot of trying I think I need a new float sensor fitted. I will happily pay someone to do this!

Is working fine but does not blow cold air out. Filters are clean. Brand is AEG.
