It shuts off after 30 mins then demands to be emptied. I empty the tank, start it again then it does it again. I've cleaned the filter, the insides etc. It worked for 4 hours after that but now back to 30 mins then empty. Ok so after a lot of trying I think I need a new float sensor fitted. I will happily pay someone to do this!

Is working fine but does not blow cold air out. Filters are clean. Brand is AEG.

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to remove the old timber skirting boards from a single 4m x 3m bedroom in Surbiton. This needs to be completed either this Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday morning at the latest. There are active central heating pipes running directly above the skirting boards. You must be able to score the top caulk line and carefully pry the boards horizontally away from the wall. Absolutely NO vertical prying or upwards leverage can be used against the copper pipes. You must bring your own tools (utility knife, pry bars, hammer/mallet) to handle this safely

Carry out boiler service, clean filters, add one meter vertical extension to gas flue

Take up one flight and connect and seal to window

Need plumber for bathroom radiator leaking and boiler pressure to fix.
