I've just had a routine block service done (carried out by the landlord) on my HIU, and they have identified the below issue that requires fixing. SUMMARY - Replace faulty Danfoss actuator head DETAIL - Further to our engineers attendance for a scheduled HIU PPM, we have found the Danfoss actuator head on one of the shut off valves is defective. This part will need to be replaced to ensure optimal system operation. The following works are required to rectify the issues; 1. Engineer to isolate primary, secondary systems and cold water mains 2. Supply and replace the Danfoss actuator head 3. Fully test HIU.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.

There is no hot water in my shower. There is hot water coming from taps in bath and kitchen, but not shower. Think the Thermostatic Shower Mixer may be broken and needs replacing.

Update to this job - Replace old duel fuel heating elements in 2 bathroom towel rails. Must be plumbing and electrically competent. The new components have arrived, The small towel rail is simple - as it is mounted high on the wall - the larger one will need to be taken off the wall to get the element in. See new pics below. Can anyone do this afternoon? Or Friday afternoon between 2 and 4pm or anytime Saturday

Hi, I would need to upgrade my existing boiler programmer to Evohome smart system (including cylinder control) and replace 2 way port valve on cylinder.

My boiler Pulsacoil 2000 is not working. The light appears to be on and the water tank is full however, there is no hot water. I tried the booster but that didn’t work either.

I have a beko oven Appliance model number OIF22300X It's about 8 years old and everything works as normal (fan, grill) except the oven setting doesn't heat up.

My oven is not heating up in convection mode. The fan itself is working fine (spinning) and the grill mode is also working just fine. I suspect a part is faulty and will need replacement (most likely thermostat). Brand: Bosch Model: HBN131250B/03

The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. The temperature was fine, so not sure what has changed. The attached photo is an old photo as the en suite is actually fully decorated. The shower cubical is micro cement.
