Valiant boiler shows f 32 error, no hot water or heating in the apartment

Valiant combi boiler needs servicing and an annual gas certificate. It also is showing an F28 error that needs resolving.

The expansion vessel and safety valve need replacing. To supply and fit a new remote expansion vessel and new safety valve. Need quote to include A. fees (mine will be extra), parts and labour. Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.
