Hello, I need a boiler service certificate for a boiler in my restaurant. I believe the boiler itself is a domestic-type boiler, although it is installed in a commercial property. I have attached a photo of the boiler so you can check. The boiler is working perfectly fine. My main reason for arranging this is that my landlord has asked me to provide a valid boiler service certificate. I would therefore need the inspection/service to be carried out by someone who is properly qualified and authorised to issue a valid certificate. I would prefer not to have unnecessary work carried out on the boiler since it is working fine, but if servicing is required in order to issue the certificate, that is absolutely fine. I am removing plaster around this boiler. I need a qualified gas engineer to come and isolate and remove boiler to allow it to be refitted in same location onto the brick wall. May require one visit to remove, allow the works to be done to the plaster and return to refit.

I had a new boiler put in and I need someone to build some sort of simple box/cabinet around the pipes. The previous person also removed the tiles o the wall, which I have kept, so I need them put back on too.

We need to replace our boiler but whoever installed our current one has boxed in the pipes below. We basically need the tiles and plasterboard (not sure if that's correct terminology) removed to expose the pipes ready for our new boiler. We will also need some tiles on the adjacent wall removed as the new boiler will now go on the wall next to it.

Task 1: My cooker hood is damaged and I've realised its cheaper to buy a new one than to fix this. I have ordered a new one of the same size dimensions and I need someone to help me install it and take the old one out. Task 2: Fix the lights switch: I have kitchen cabinet lights that dont work. Theres a series of 5 lights in a row so its highly likely that they all went bust at the same time. Ive tested the wall switch and that seems to be fine so not sure where the issue is.
