Hello, I have a Fujitsu air conditioning unit with a wired wall controller. The system starts working normally and begins cooling, but after a few minutes it stops, even though the room is still very warm (around 27°C) and the thermostat is set to 18°C. Sometimes the unit starts up again by itself, but it does not maintain proper cooling. The controller displays two solid green lights (power and operation). I don’t see any blinking lights or error codes. The outdoor unit is installed on the roof. Could you please come check the system? I suspect it may be a communication issue between the indoor and outdoor units, a sensor fault, or possibly a refrigerant problem.
