I'm looking for a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer to replace a leaking, corroded section of my central heating return pipe beneath a Vaillant boiler. The job will likely involve: Draining down the central heating system. Cutting out and replacing the corroded leaking section of pipe (likely with 15 mm copper pipe). Refilling and repressurising the system. Bleeding the radiators. Pressure testing and checking for any further leaks. The leak is on the exposed vertical pipe beneath the boiler, and I've attached photos showing the affected area. You must be a plumber or a heating engineer. Boiler diagnosis completed as follows below and need someone to replace both parts. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.

Boiler has stopped working over time. Gas safety engineer checked last year and was broadly fine but current issue and readings were approaching current ones. Heating engineer likely required. Please see photos for further info.

Atlantic ideal boiler L5. The flame ignites and then it stopped. I can hear bubble noise. I bled the radiators but i have a tall one in the leaving room that is Always cold at the top and the valve is broken so can't bleed it... (Not sure it s related but internet said to bleed the highest radiator) In the past i had openned the boiler as i was having similar L5 issue and there was a small plastic reservoir with water inside but a thick grey matter that was blocking the inside circuit.
