I need my boiler serviced as part of the annual check

I have the boiler installed but I need to install the thermostat to control the temperature. The boiler is a Greenstar 4000 and the thermostat is a Honeywell T3.

Boiler relocation to original location bon same floor.

I have an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, it hasn't worked since I moved in, but I would like to get it fixed. It is a Midea Breezeless.

Need boiler shifted over to the right - will need advise in terms of how close to the toilet it can be. Currently sits above the bath which will not work in terms of a new bathroom design and does not allow it to be boxed all the way down. I have 3 air conditioning units with 3 fan units that I need installed in the bedrooms. I have a flat roof outside them so the fan can pretty much go directly outside - although I'd like the fan to be on the wall intead of sat on the flat roof. I also have a semi commercial air conditioning unit for my living room which I need installed, again on an external wall and I'd like it on the wall instead of the ground.

Radiator is still giving out heat even those the system is switched off at the thermostat. Think it’s a potential radiator valve issue

Hot water not working properly. Water heats up and then goes cold - doesn’t stay hot. Heating however works.

1) Carefully remove all floorboards downstairs and set aside. 2) install timber battens between joists 3) install rigid insulation minimum 50mm thick between floor joist, above battens. 4) underfloor heating pipework installed between joists (materials supplied by us). Joists to be notched where required to allow pipework to pass through 5) dry sand a cement mix screed to the placed between joists above underfloor heating pipework and levelled flat. 6) fix down floorboards over the top of all, fixing floorboards into the joists.

I want to have a cupboard build around the boiler installed in the room. Have to be ceiling to floor. Painted with matching wall color.
