I offered £100 for my tumble dryer to be fixed as it stopped heating. Umair diagnosed the problem stating that the condenser had failed and that it was going to cost £250 to replace it. He advised that I would be better off buying a new one. He then asked for £35 above the asking price to cover the parts that he had installed as part of the diagnosing process. So now I am £145 out of pocket with a tumble dryer that doesn’t work.
