Hi looking to get a quote for gas registered plumber to alook at my glowworm 15hx boiler which keeps coming up with error code f22 and f25 but tends to fire up in the end after a reset or to and also is leaking small amount when in use also looking to get a few other bits fixed at the same time 1. An under sink waste leak in kitchen 2.looking at maybe getting a InSinkErator Standard 460 Food Waste Disposer installed if possible 3.repalce of towel radiator haven't got replacement yet but looking for similar happy to go and buy one of have it supplied

The shower is not heating properly as it used to be. Apparently it has to do with descaling and checking the filter.

The loft is insulated and compliant to the minimum depth but I would like it checked and replaced if necessary

Clear rubbish and current insulation from loft (see pictures). Lay new insulation rolls between joists in loft. Rolls will be provided for an area of approximately 45m2.

Recently had boiler replaced. Pipework was behind some tiles but had to be removed to replace boiler. Tiles broken but need to cover pipework ideally not with tiles again and so it can be accessed if needed. Needs a professional looking finish !

Smart thermostat doesn't seem to be communicating with the actuator. Unsure if that is the issue but I cant change the temp of the water and the taps/showers are barely getting luke warm. Boiler is firing up but just no heat.

The thermostatic shower bar mixer valve needs to be replaced as one of the buttons on the old one has failed.

I have the boiler installed but I need to install the thermostat to control the temperature. The boiler is a Greenstar 4000 and the thermostat is a Honeywell T3.
