My ElectriQ wall split inverter air conditioner outdoor unit's fan not spinning but the indoor unit is blowing normal temperature air. There are no error codes on the screen or remote and there's no humming sound from outdoor unit, but a click when device is switched on. The device model number is: elQ-9WMINVQC EX

I am looking for an experienced plumber with Hive smart heating installation experience to complete all work during a single visit. Job 1: Install Hive Smart Heating System I will be supplying a Hive smart heating system, including 6 Hive Smart Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs). Scope of work: • Install and configure Hive Hub • Install and connect Hive Thermostat and Receiver to my existing boiler • Replace 6 existing radiator valve heads with 6 Hive Smart TRVs • Pair all devices with the Hive app • Set up room-by-room heating controls and schedules • Test and commission the entire system • Ensure each radiator can be controlled independently via the Hive app on my iPhone • Provide a brief demonstration before completion Please only apply if you have previous experience installing Hive thermostats and smart radiator valve systems. We have no hot water. It appears the thermostat needs replacing

Fit winder underfloor heating

Looking for someone to help with two small jobs: • Fit a replacement hot water boiler/unit — replacement is already here (the hot water boiler stopped working under warranty so they’ve just sent out a new one) it just needs swapping over and fitting correctly. • Fit/change the CO₂ SodaStream canister for the same tap. • Take a look at a leaking downpipe by the back door. I think it’s just the fittings/connections that need adjusting or replacing, but it’s too high for me to safely reach. Ideally looking for someone confident with basic plumbing/fittings who can sort all in one visit and has the tools etc. The tap company have told us it’s a simple switch and shouldn’t take more than half hour but we don’t trust ourselves and would prefer a professional. Happy to send photos beforehand if helpful.

I have two Hive thermostat mini modules, two receivers and one Hive hub. I have moved into the property after previous tenants and it seems the modules were registered with the previous tenants. I would like to reset the modules so I can access them in my hive app.
