Removal of old kitchen mixer tap to be replaced With new mixer tap

I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

I have an old Beaumont bath shower mixer tap where the taps are both dripping badly and the handle that switches between shower and bath has broken. Because the bath is so tight into the walls it might be very difficult to replace the whole tap. I hope it might be possible to replace the front part of the whole fitting- see photo. After flushing, water keeps running into toilet so tank doesn’t fill up. Needs manual intervention to stop the water from running. For this appointment I can buy toilet flush unit if required. Plumber needed for two tasks: 1. replace kitchen tap with the same model (already purchased). You will need the right tools to remove the existing tap as it’s been tightly mounted. 2. Identify/ fix problem with toilet with concealed cistern (Gerberit). We suspect the flapper is faulty and it won’t hold the water (creating a constant soft flush).

The toilet seat top has swivelled off the base, needs resecuring.

Loo cistern detached from flimsy plaster wall. It’s been 3rd time it detached and was previously stitched up but apparently the wall won’t take it anymore and has to be changed. The toilet is also very old and sewage system is very far away from the wall. So new wall has to be installed and also new toilet and cistern .

WC has a leak we presume at exit of cistern, or from waste pipe/joint of toilet itself. Toilet cistern is in wall behind, not easily accessible (needs WC bowl removing, panel behind removing to expose pipework, then replacing back after repair). Also need a shower fitting replaced (see pic) we have a replacement part of same type. The faceplate is easily removed, then allowing the internal part to be removed and replaced. Qualified, tidy worker with good reputation/rating only!
