Leak under kitchen sink! Lose pipe and can’t fit it back on !

My kitchen pipe is leaking

We need an experienced plumber/heating engineer tomorrow (Tuesday) at our flat on Crossley Street, Islington. A radiator was previously removed during renovation works. The existing pipework/valve shown in the attached photos is now leaking. We need: Identify and repair/replace the leaking radiator pipework/valve Re-fit and reconnect the existing radiator Refill/repressurise the heating system as necessary Test the radiator and repaired connections thoroughly for leaks Check the rest of the property/radiator connections for any other visible leaks before leaving Supply any normal fittings/valves required Must be available tomorrow and experienced with central-heating/radiator pipework.

Replace bath taps and change to bath and shower taps

My shower is blocked and it’s causing a leakage. I used heavy duty drainage cleaner but nothing seems to work

My shower drain seems to be clogged and the water is taking very long to drain

There has been a slow leak from our shower, which I believe is from cracked grouting. Once it was discovered it had already rotted away some of the plywood under the bathtub. I need someone to inspect/possibly repair the floor under the bathtub and also reseal the shower, so that it no longer leaks. Since covering the bathroom tiles in plastic, the leaking has stoped.

Hi, I need an urgent visit from a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler. ㅤ Currently, we have no hot water. The boiler display is showing a pressure of 2.8 bar, which is in the warning zone. I had a new boiler approx 4 months ago. Since then, it constantly loses pressure and needs refilling about once a week/fortnight. It is leaking from both of the radiators valves, so need this tightened or taped, and also new inhibitor in the system for the boiler.
