Looking for a licensed plumber to install a commercial-style, wall-mounted bottle filling station (similar to an Elkay or Oasis unit) in my small gym. The unit is brand new and I have all the manufacturer’s installation instructions on hand. What needs to be done: Mounting: Securely mount the station to drywall. Plumbing Connection: Connect the unit to an existing cold water supply line nearby. Drainage: Connect the waste outlet to the existing drainage system. Testing: Test for leaks and ensure proper water flow/chilling function before finishing up. What is already in place: The water supply line and drain pipe are on the other side of the wall of the installation spot. A standard electrical outlet is already installed directly behind/near the mounting location for power. What you need to bring: Your own professional tools (drill, levels, pipe cutters, etc.). Standard plumbing consumables (PTFE tape, standard fittings, or flexible hoses if the included ones don't reach).

There has been a slow leak from our shower, which I believe is from cracked grouting. Once it was discovered it had already rotted away some of the plywood under the bathtub. I need someone to inspect/possibly repair the floor under the bathtub and also reseal the shower, so that it no longer leaks. Since covering the bathroom tiles in plastic, the leaking has stoped.

Hi, I need an urgent visit from a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler. ㅤ Currently, we have no hot water. The boiler display is showing a pressure of 2.8 bar, which is in the warning zone. I have tried to reset the unit, but it is not firing up. ㅤ Requirements: • Must be Gas Safe Registered (please provide your ID number in the offer). • Experience with Vaillant ecoTEC models. • Task involves: Safely reducing system pressure, checking for a faulty filling loop or expansion vessel issue, and ensuring the boiler restarts correctly.

I had a new boiler approx 4 months ago. Since then, it constantly loses pressure and needs refilling about once a week/fortnight. It is leaking from both of the radiators valves, so need this tightened or taped, and also new inhibitor in the system for the boiler.

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube. Shower tap doesn’t produce hot water (limited flow when turned to hot). Normal hot water elsewhere. Most likely seized thermostatic cartridge.
