Install bath and shower mixer. Straightforward job. I already have the new mixer taps

Recently edited task to add more detail and increase price to include cost of cartridges that will be needed for the job. I have a Bristan Echo Easyfit Mono mixer kitchen tap (see attached pictures) in chrome which has a slow leak. Since the kitchen tap is in constant use I would prefer this fixed within a couple of hours while my child is at school. I had originally planned this for Friday the 3rd of February but this can be rescheduled if it is too soon. Ideally want someone with significant plumbing experience to perform the job quickly and efficiently. Open to offers if price bar is too low.

We have a downstairs bathroom where occasionally the ceiling leaks which possible comes from the upstairs bathroom. We need someone to identify the source of the leak and repair it.
