My bathtub shower screen has failed, causing a leak. This leak has caused the floorboard skirting to fail and be mouldy. I have replaced shower screen, but suspect the sealant to have also failed in behind, causing other issues in behind the bathtub (inaccessible currently). The original issue of mouldy skirting also needs to be replaced. Separately theres a severely bad smell from the hand wash tap - but only sometimes, and I need to investigate why.

I have a leak underneath my sink (where the U-bend connects to the wastewater pipe). I've tried removing the U-bend part where it's leaking and re-fitting it, as well as using Mr Muscle drain gel - which worked temporarily but stopped working. Frustratingly, the u bend part is brand new! I'd love to fix this leak and also install a new mixer sink tap as well as re-silicon around the sink and also my bath. I'll share photos of all areas required. 😊👍
