Need a plumber for fixing toilet small shower fix

My bath has developed a leak that appears to be from the pipework underneath. Problem: - When I run the bath tap, water starts emerging from underneath the bath. - The leak happens when the tap is running, so I believe it’s a plumbing issue rather than water escaping over the edge of the bath. - The bathroom is above an integral garage, and the leak has previously been visible below when the bath/shower has been used. Access: The side of the bath is enclosed with a tiled panel (I believe it’s plasterboard with tiles fixed to it), so access will need to be gained by removing and then reinstating the panel, or by another suitable method. What I’m looking for: - Diagnose the source of the leak. - Supply any pipework, fittings or other plumbing parts required. - Repair the leak. - Refit/reinstate the bath panel so it is left secure and tidy. Please quote for labour, and let me know whether the price includes standard plumbing materials or whether these would be charged separately.

I need a new kitchen tap to be sourced and fitted to replace leaking one. I also need around 1m of external waste pipe to be replaced as it is cracked and leaking. The waste pipe joins to the soil stack (externally) and is, I think, condensation pipe from the boiler

Shower mixer leak. It is a Mira shower fixture. See the attached Mira product image. It highlight where the leak is (see part 11, 12, 13). The leak is on the thermostat side where you turn to regulate warm and clod water. Looks to me some seal/washer needs replacing. I have also uploaded the images. Please have a look at let me know.
